Over nearly 20 years I have built a successful and dynamic career in real estate related services. My career started as a custom homebuilder with a local general contractor who was building full custom luxury homes. At that time I had discovered the industry had it's share of unethical general contractors and subcontractors with no oversight protection for consumers building new homes. I developed Home Source Consulting as one of the first residential construction consulting firms focused on protecting consumers from the sub-standard design and inferior quality pitfalls from homebuilders rampant in the market. A few years later I added and practiced as a Licensed Texas Real Estate Inspector in conjunction with Home Source Consulting. In 2005 I joined Toll Brothers Homes as an Operations/Project Manager until the housing market crash. In response to the crash in 2010 I created Home Source Custom Renovation known for Inspired Design and Handcrafted Quality.
