As a Manager of Network Services in the U-Verse/ CIM organizations, I coached, lead and develop a group of Premise Technicians in achieving performance and quality objectives associated with the AT&T U-Verse Field Operations organization. Supervised 15-24 subordinates who engaged in the installation, rearrangement, removal, and/or repair of station inside wiring terminals in connection with U-Verse services and CIM customers. Responsible for managing the installation, repair, and testing of network terminating equipment at the customer premise and handle customer escalations, interact with other work groups to ensure timely resolution of service issues, and lead service improvement teams as assigned. Served as duty supervisor and ensure a professional demeanor across the work group. Schedule force appropriate to workload and analyze previous workload trends to make necessary adjustments. Developed efficiency-enhancing workflow/process improvements that made it possible to accommodate increasing workload. Increased efficiency by reducing the number of trips to customer’s premises. Utilized vendors(Sunrise) to deliver, pickup and dispose of batteries at RTs and CEVs Created a new quality process for contractors who dug pits and worked on our facilities which was adopted into a 13 state CAC process.
