I am a Graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I have focus my final semester on many different courses that will introduce we to different application for the business world. Currently, I have begun Villanova's Masters of Science in Analytics (MSA) program. I currently work at SEI Investments as an Operation Analyst. Here I get the opportunity to learn more about the financial industry and strength my ability to work with a team. At SEI I have learned so much and hope to continue to grow. As I go through my MSA program I am trying to develop concepts learned there into my everyday work life. Along with working at SEI Investments I was a summer intern in a field management position at Walmart. Here I learn the operational process that are used to effectively optimize Walmart's overall performance.In addition, I have learned key process that will help organize inventory, speed up performance, and motivate employees. In my internship I am privileged to work with many different assistant managers which allows me to see how they interact with their employees. I also get to see how they handle the responsibilities of assisting in running the store. In the near future, I plan on pursuing a career that will allow me to utilize my skills and work my way up the chain of command. In addition, I hope that by pursuing this MSA degree it will allow me to enhance my skills, make me a more valuable asset to the company, and be able to strengthen my career for the future.
