Responsibilities: • Supervises the box offices and ticket sellers on game days. Works with the Director, Ticket Programs to complete all facets of event setup to include, but not limited to, dates, times, price structures, buyer types, and promo codes • Assists with the Ticket Finance Department and provides back-up for deposits and audits • Maintains the employee comp ticket program and facilitates reports necessary for assessing taxable tickets as well as employee ticket limits • Keeps records of customer activity such as purchases, payments, refunds, and correspondence and communicates discrepancies to the appropriate manager • Reviews ticket office reports, game reports, audits, and other reports to find any inaccuracies • Assists in creating tracking and accounting methods for out-of-town All-Star and post-season ticket allotments using the ticketing system. Coordinates with accounting all journal, payment, and refund information • Maintains account functions, discount codes, price types, payment codes, and problem-solving or research-oriented commands in the ticketing system • Assists in allocating Opening Day and Postseason seats for Season Ticket Holders • Assists in allocating and distributing Opening Day and Postseason seats for Ownership, Club President, Vice Presidents, and Corporate Partners • Allocates all gameday ticket requests via Ticket Trollers (Comp Troller, VP Tix, CorpTix Mailboxes) • Fulfills Broadcaster, Ownership, and Visiting Club game day ticket requests • Assists with seat inventory projects • Provides support for troubleshooting accounts and procedures with the Sales and Services department, as well as Corporate Partnership, Community Relations, and Military Affairs • Assists with the fulfillment of Special Event orders

Sell, upgrade and exchange tickets to Padres guests and fans• Assist season ticket holders and their needs regarding packages and special events• Professionally answer any guest questions concerning ticket policies and procedures, schedules and provide information concerning future games and attractions• Familiar with ballpark’s seating and layout in order to effectively communicate with guests and to further the ticket selling experience• Properly follow Ticket Office selling and payment procedures by carefully processing payments and handling all tenders• Knowledgeable in Padres ticketing system

Assists with the execution of wide range of facility events including athletic competitions, concerts, and community events through event set-up and tear-down •Responsible for inventory and disbursement facility/event needs such as lighting, barricades, tables and chairs, and other event materials •Training and development in areas of crowd management, public safety, and customer service •Responsible for maintaining clear and precise reports on events activities, drafting of daily task list, tracking event assets, event packets, equipment check out •Help with event-related activities including signage activation, event space preparation, custodial/concessions coordination, property walk throughs with opposing teams •Coordination and participation in quality control efforts to ensure the stadium is set for events and maintain recognition as a “world class” venue •Perform all other duties assigned including assisting with stadium preventative maintenance, assistance with facility projects including minor custodial, painting and storage areas

Track & Field

Worked with Fresno State Athletics in the communication and sports marketing departments. Duties included but not limited to game day duties with football and volleyball programs , game day preparation, office work, recording and typing up post game interviews and team roster management.

Counseled high risked youth and coordinated daily events and team building activities.
