I have 20+ years in customer service. I am a very organized individual that has both worked in management and for management and understand both sides fully. I am very knowledgeable in customer satisfaction and service and making the customer happy is my number one goal. No matter if its being a cashier and talking to customers face to face, or technical support over the phone, or even dealing with one major customer/account per day, making the person on the other end 100% satisfied is my goal. I am also very versed in office paperwork and equipment, bookkeeping, inventory, and ordering products. Technology and attention to detail are also strengths of mine. I have installed and replaced cash register/POS systems, fuel dispenser computers and printers, monitored security footage, and participated in a complete general store remodel.
