Responsible for Demand Planning of the US footwear business, maintaining the product forecast and communicating through the organization. Collaborate with both the business unit and the supply chain to ensure that the demand signal being sent is both correct and attainable.

Responsible for inventory levels to support Timberland Pro, footwear and apparel business. Work closely with supply chain to ensure there is sufficient factory capacity to support the current sales trends and forecasts. Create and distribute a suite of reports to allow the business visibility into the current and future inventory ownership and consumption.

Analyze Inventory to maximize the sales potential and minimize lost sales for Timberland Pro. Work closely with the supply chain to ensure that there is sufficient factory capacity to support the current sales trends and forecasts.

Responsible for Allocation of Women's and Kids Footwear for Timberlands North America Retail operation.

Working with insurance companies to offer their clients emergency services, mitigation, and restoration services following property insurance losses.
