I am a qualified CPA and a seasoned professional, with over twenty-five years of post-qualification experience gained in different sectors of industry. I have obtained my professional warrants working in public practice with C&L (known today as PwC), and subsequently worked for organizations operating in the media sector, the manufacturing sector and in the macro contracting sector, within various international setups. I have experience in start-up projects, in the building of organisational structures, systems, teams and control environments. I am also experienced with different international business structures, with different currencies and exchange rate exposures, and with people of different cultures. I consider myself to be an open minded, versatile and dynamic professional, striving to find a balance between the control function of our profession and being a key player in the overall running and development of the business. I consider myself to be a good leader and communicator, assertive and giving a lot of importance to teamwork and in achieving objectives as a team. Through the various managerial roles I have occupied, I have developed good organizational skills in the coordination and administration of people, projects and budgets.
