CurrentAs a leader, I planned and conducted numerous UAS operations CONUS and OCONUS, successfully enhancing company stature and personnel strengths and proficiency.I increased operations knowledge and capabilities as an SME by streamlining and updating general capabilities, system integration, simulation, ground, and flight testing.Drone Pilot for Outlaw G2-MQ170, G2E-MQ170, and Redwing Aircraft, ~1000hrs operating Piccolo auto-pilot software, achieved a 14 CFR Part 107 Drone Pilot license.Lead a team to organize and prepare flight operations, maps, profiles, Government and customer point of contacts, travel, aircraft, and aircrew readiness ensuring mission success.Responsible for coordination with Government Range Safety Officer and meeting customer requirements in accordance with mission operational directives.Supported all aircrew positions, systems integration, and system testing.
