Former college coach who has worked in professional, college and/or high school baseball for the past 18 years (14 in the southwest). Developed strong relationships with both college and high school coaches and have built a reputation as a hard working person with integrity, honesty and loyalty. Since 1996 have coached and directed the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Angels Scout Teams in Arizona.Developed youth sports center teaching kids the right way to play the game of baseball. Demonstrating proper techniques, fundamentals and repetition while showing the importance of competing, being accountable to their own development and accepting responsibility.I have evaluated talent, wrote scouting reports for college coaches and developed plans for improvement for each student in the program.97% of all students I have worked with have had opportunity to compete in college.Since the 2003 amateur baseball draft more than 100 members were drafted by professional baseball organizations.Specialties: I have personally worked with hundreds of families and students on developing a realistic college plan and followed through with them on selecting the right college.
