Oversee all aspects of amatuer baseball program working with high school baseball players in the southwest (Four Corner Region). Recruit and evaluate players to fill 15 teams (ages 18u-13u), schedule games for each team and place into tournaments that fit the level of ability for each team. Create budget and over see all day to day operations of baseball academy that consists of more than 300 players.Hire, coach and mentor 45 coaches to work with our players. We are a teaching and development based program and always interested in meeting coaches who have the same passion for the game, playing the game right and assisting aspiring young men into reaching their goals.Our goal each year is to place every senior into college or professional baseball and compete on the field as well. During the 2010 summer program we had an .810 winning percentage as an organization (when not playing each other), won the Arizona Connie Mack State Championship (18u), the Don Mattingly State Championship (17u) - with an all 16u team) and finished 4th at the 14u Babe Ruth Pacific Southwest Regionals. Top to bottom there is no organization in the southwest that matches the instruction, development, competitive environment, championships won and placing players at the next level. I am a former college coach who has worked as a coach and scout in professional, college and/or high school baseball for the past 20 years (16 in the southwest). Developed strong relationships with both college and high school coaches and have built a reputation as a hard working person with integrity, honesty and loyalty. Since 1996 have coached the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Angels Scout Teams in Arizona.I have developed a youth sports center promoting high school baseball players to colleges.I have evaluated talent, wrote scouting reports for college coaches and developed plans for improvement for each student.97% of all students had opportunity to compete in college.Since the 2003 amateur baseball draft 102 members were drafted by professional organizations.
