After eight years of serving clients in operational consulting with a focus on operational audits, business process reviews, and compliance engagements, I moved full time into Learning and Development of our Risk Advisory Professionals (https://www2.deloitte.com/global/en/pages/risk/topics/risk-advisory.html)I am currently the Global Risk Advisory Learning Leader, leading a team that focuses on the development of the Global Risk Advisory curricula used by all member firms to develop the capabilities of our 35,000+ practitioners around the network. In addition, our team focuses on the development of learning solutions, including traditional classroom, In-person simulations, Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT), and eLearnings on numerous platforms. We provide vital deployment support for the global learning curricula and monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning activities across the network.
