Primary Task:1. Provide direct supervision to the team consist of 17 people, organizing and coordinating workload and acting as a point of reference for operational issues; 2. Ensure excellent customer service delivery; 3. Report and analyse team performance and address operational issues to ensure that all global metrics are achieved; 4. Ensure staff understanding of and compliance to identified SOX and internal business controls; 5. Ensure staff understanding of and adherence to standard work instructions as well as to agreed-upon country specific guidelines; 6. Act as business focals for certain operating units; 7. ​To be responsible for the day to day management of all team members, including but not limited to in role development, coaching and managing the performance review process8. Identify process improvements or control gaps and highlight and drive to resolve;9. Participate in major change programmes (e.g., ERP implementation, process standardization, etc.).10.Directly communicating with and explaining issues to people within and outside the business in different countries being handled. 11. Ensure to engage, empower, equip and establish a world class people. Decision-Making:1. Responsible for in role development and targeted intervention decisions for team members. 2. Making operational decisions at a specific level while maintaining strong internal controls.
