GEOINT Field Support (DGFS) Lead at the [AF] DCGS Systems Integration Laboratory (DSIL) / AF DCGS Enterprise Server Desk (ESD) at the ISR Sustainment Engineering Center (ISEC), Robins AFB, GA overseeing system support for AF DCGS IT-based weapon systems to include Service Desk, Change Management, Enterprise and Site Operations.

- Led the software installation and integration of the Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) Block 10.2 system at Ramstein AB, Germany.» Worked with a team of 4-20 Software, Infrastructure, Hardware, System Engineers, Test Engineers, and site CFS Engineers to install and integrate the system.» Worked with subcontractors to integrate data processing subsystems with remote sites.» Implemented and developed resolutions Discrepancy Reports.» Maintained and updated Configuration Management changes.- Provided on-site technical supported for the System Administration/Maintenance and Operator Training courses.- Resolved critical hardware and network integration issues, most notably resolving performance issues associated with the transfer of large volumes of data across network routes with high latency; increased system throughput as much as 30 times for selected network protocols.- Team's efforts resulted in the first operation acceptance of the 10.2 system.
