Responsible for global operations supporting new product introduction and pilot line manufacturing.

Responsible for global supply chain operations supporting lithography and laser annealing capital equipment development and manufacturing at locations in the USA and Singapore.

Responsible for global supply chain relationships with over 100 original equipment manufacturers. I lead a group of commodity business managers in the definition of sourcing strategies, and selection and development of suppliers to achieve quality, delivery, and cost targets for the acquisition of several hundred million dollars of commodities including RF generators and matches, pumps, control systems, and power supplies.

Led a global product support organization of approximately 60 engineers providing lab and field technical support for a semiconductor manufacturing capital equipment division with annual sales of over $700 million. My group assessed product production worthiness including reliability and cost of ownership; developed standard operating procedures; drafted technical documentation; defined and managed installation and warranty budgets; and worked with customers and engineering to identify and resolve product performance issues.

Created and instructed a workshop series on strategic planning for the Idaho Small Business Development Center. Workshop introduced business leaders to operational assessment and process improvement techniques to prepare their operations for implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Recalled to active duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Planned and implemented multi-service, multi-national training exercises in Asia. Served as Staff Officer in G-3 Fires Section of III Marine Expeditionary Force, Okinawa, Japan. Worked with senior military officers, civilian employees, and contractors to define computer simulation requirements and network and communication architecture for multi-national military training exercises. Developed strategies and plans for information operations and the integrated employment of aviation, artillery and naval surface fires against enemy targets

Responsible for all aspects of product and business development for a privately owned startup-company specializing in a patented electronic parking brake control system. • Engaged business development agencies, venture capital community, consultants, industry groups and customers in development of business plans, raising investment capital, and commercialization of product • Fielded >90 production units and licensed technology to leading brake system manufacturer
