I am dynamic fitness and Pilates instructor with a strong background in client management, training, and instruction. I have experience leading educational workshops for fitness staff and fitness-related special events. In addition, I am talented at improving team performance through innovative management techniques. A professional dancer for 20 years, my credits include the movie Dirty Dancing and the Broadway production of Swan Lake. I have been Principle Dancer and Associate Director for Heidi Latsky Dance for over a decade. In 2010 I created a funky and fun new dance cardio class titled Funk U! Having begun teaching Pilates in 1998, I created the first Pilates class in YWCA (Winston-Salem) history. Certified in the Stott Pilates Method, Brownings Method, TRX, Fly Gym and Healthy Moms.
