About Jeffrey Ge

“You can stamp the passport yourself if you would like to,” the immigration officer in Chicago said to my 8-year old daughter Angelina with a genuine smile on Dec 22, 2013. Angelina handled this unusual offer from an immigration officer very naturally and took him up on the offer. Upon hearing the clang of the stamp, my wife and I quickly exchanged a glance and acknowledged in silence that our daughters, who have traveled to more than 25 countries and regions in the past years, have become global citizens. Born and raised in Beijing, China, I never dreamed of being educated at two world class universities in China and US, traveling to more than 30 countries, living and working in three continents in the first half of my career, and becoming a multi-lingual and multi-cultural global citizen. I owe my gratitude to all my coaches who have helped me develop a strong passion for authentic leadership and a successful track record in Global Supply Chain and Procurement. So many wonderful people have contributed to my recognition for building and transforming global cross-functional teams that delivered unprecedented top and bottom-line results through value creation and process innovation. These past experiences have shaped me into an agile learner highly committed to reinventing the supply chains for the future.
