• Underwrote and closed over $1 billion in fixed and floating rate transactions on office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, public-to-private real estate portfolios and condominium conversion properties • Constructed underwriting models using Excel and Argus analyzing property cash flows, debt service coverage ratios, cap rates, IRR and loan capital structures• Managed entire transaction process including loan origination, negotiating deal terms, writing loan applications, underwriting loans, ordering/reviewing third party reports, presenting deals to internal credit committees and closing the loan• Monitored property operating performance and reviewed and approved construction/renovation draws for a floating rate debt portfolio of assets totaling over $500 million • Assisted in the restructuring/work-out of non-performing loans • Created investor pitch books marketing the sale of warehoused whole loans, b-notes and mezzanine debt
