*Project Planner – CCR - Put estimated projects into production, by ordering materials for projects, coordinating schedule and production needs with customers, production staff and our sales force.- When there are production questions or process quality concerns, I facilitate in resolving meeting production schedules as well as process needs or changes.- Manage direct mail campaigns and product launches including Variable Data Imaging, USPS mailings, Brand Represenitive drop deliveries then final shipment of warehoused inventoried shipments.- Assist Shipping and Receiving with planned deliveries or ordered supplies incoming products. - Work with our Estimators and other Project Planners with technical advice concerning UV Coatings, Thermal Film Lamination, Contact Adhesive Mounting and Pre-Press needs.- Member of our Safety Committee & GMP Committee to create and implement Safety Standards and Standard Operating Procedures.- Post production duties include reviewing the project recording any notes relayed to me by the production and sales staff. Closing out outside purchases. Comparing production costs and quantities against customer purchase orders. The projects are then finalized and presented for billing.

Supervision of two shifts, consisting of 2- Sakurai Screen presses, Autobond Thermal Film Laminator, Lamina Mounting Press and a Pre Press Room. My day to day duties include help with quotes, customer service needs, as well as our Shipping and Receiving Dept. I assist in the start up, running and repair of all machines and technical needs.In addition assisting in our Pre Press area helping with the layout and exposure of the press screens as well as reclaiming and maintenance and upkeep of press frames .I attend daily meetings to ensure production dates as well as customer needs and questions are met. To stay current I follow up on new processes as well as the latest equipment. To oversee inventoried supplies I also track and maintain Thermal Film, UV Coatings, Water Based Adhesives as well as the general shop supplies.When needed I also drive our Non CDL delivery truck making pick ups as well as deliveries. I am quick to help wherever and whenever there is a need.

Custom Screen Printing & Embroidery. We also carry our own line of Water Inspired Clothing.

Responsible for feeding pockets on the stitcher as well as the perfect binder. Checking pages for sort order as well as correct orientation. I also worked in the mail Dept. sacking mail for the Post Office. This was part time employment.

Repair and prep body panels for the Paint Dept. Light paint and body repair. Full detail of cars for delivery.

Duties in Final Layout Dept. Responsible for pasting up type set copy and graphics for final layout. Duties in Photo-Stat Dept.Operate and maintain two I-Tek Daylight Photo Stat Room cameras and a developer. Getting all output films ready for layout. Duties also included the maintenance and service of the equipment.
