With a more than a decade of experience advancing the field of biology, my current role as Director of Culminating Experiences at the University of Tampa allows me to shape the future of general education in Higher Ed. Also, as an Associate Professor of Biology, I've led vital research into the interactions of animals and their environment and discipline-based educational research. At the heart of my mission is the drive to foster an innovative and engaging learning environment that equips students with the skills to tackle big-picture challenges.
