Coordinate fundraising efforts, manage internal communications, and collaborate with other E-board members to track team finances and competition readiness.

Acting as lead machinist and manufacturing planner for the RIT Aero Design Team as we prepare for the 2024 AIAA RC Plane Design, Build, Fly competition. I am personally machining our wing rotation mechanism, a key component of this year’s design, and am helping to coordinate the construction and assembly of this year’s competition plane.

Responsible for developing a robotic assembly process for very small medical devices. Created fixtures and end of arm tooling to pick up, align, and accurately place small silicon chips with high positional accuracy. Assembled a pneumatic tool changer system, taking into consideration the necessary power requirements to electronic components through the robot controller digital I/O.

Manufactured parts for RIT students and faculty using manual and CNC machining techniques. Advised students on machining projects and tooling.

Manufactured, assembled, and tested measurement devices for use in an Engineering Measurements Lab, including pressure transducers, potentiometers, and thermocouples.

Responsible for the design and implementation of fixtures, gages, and test equipment for jet engine fuel nozzle components. Created technical drawing packages and assisted with metallurgical inspection.

Analyzed and organized large datasets in Power BI to find sources of fallout. Conducted gage repeatability studies to determine the feasibility of manufacturing processes and measurement equipment.
