Customer Success Specialist
Current- Mainly worked with our biggest customer, Rio Tinto (Oyu Tolgoi) to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and support.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
- Develop and implement success plans for customers, outlining goals, milestones, and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to customer success.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer success initiatives.
