• Commentary Analysis Project (Natural Language Processing)o Designed and built a frontend that served as a platform for financial managers to leverage on a machine learning model to quality check their financial.
• Data collection: Collected a dataset using 4 years’ worth of financial commentaries and product information by scraping data from financial documents.
• Data labelling: Established labelling rules to guide manual labeling, then semimanually labelled collected dataset of around 1400 samples.
• Text classifier development: Trained a transformer-based text classifier, achieving 85% accuracy.

• Data collection: Collected 3 years’ worth of reasons from the database. Refund reasons were manually recategorized to obtain more actionable insights.
