• Responsible for business development, operations, and customer relationship management• Perform asbestos related inspections and projects in compliance with 40 CFR 763 Subpart E, 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1926, 40 CFR Part 61 and TAC Title 25 • Responsible for conducting initial and post remediation assessments according to TDLR Mold Assessors and Remediators Administrative Rules (16 TAC, Chapter 78)• Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on various types of property based on ASTM Standards • Conduct Industrial Hygiene sampling in different facilities for OSHA compliance and EPA water quality• Produce site specific procedures based on project requirements and governmental regulations• Manage projects and communication between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies• Produce and deliver timely reports based on project specifications
