Responsible for reorganizing DC Operations from the top to down. Implemented Pre-WMS Slotting System and trained DC personnel on the use and maintenance of such system. This is on preparation for a Q2 2019 ERP integrated WMS module

Bella Luna Foods - A start up specialty food brand with foods specifically from Sardinia. EVOO, Bitter Honey, Truffle infused EVOO, Sea Salt from Sardinia and more. We were distributed in Specialty Grocer's across the USA, such as Dean and Deluca. We visited to Sardinia twice to develop the product line.

 Responsible for the set up and maintenance of Logon Business Systems WMS Module. Worked as the Project Lead EDI for the integration and implementation between our System and SAP for Client Ariat International. Supported all Network Device and performance for 450k Sq. Ft of Warehouse across 3 Facilities in Hayward and Union City. Operated both dedicated and multi- client Facilities. Mostly consumer goods like Footwear, Sporting Goods, Apparel and Accessories. 3PL for Ariat International, Keen Footwear, Vasyli Orthotic Footwear, Oboz Footwear. Klip America.  Inventory management of over 1,000,000 perpetual units of stock in trackable warehouse locations. 100+ RFID Hand held Devices, 80+ Printers, 10+ Access Points. Managed all Client EDI and direct data integrations and negotiated service client rate sheets. Conducted fully A/B scanned annual physical inventories for all clients. Managed all data and technical topic relationships with both 3rd party providers and clients.

During this term with JPE the responsibilities were like my most recent Term with JPE i.e. Supervision of the daily distribution and customer service operations. Receive, Pick, Pack, Ship and Inventory Management. The organization currently was about 1/10th the scale it is today. Special Projects included:  Selected as one the committee member of ERP selection. We were choosing between "Blue Cherry and Full Circle". We ultimately selected full circle.  Worked as the Internal Project Lead - acquisition, installation of new network infrastructure (wired) Ran CAT5 and Fiber Optic Network Cable to New Server Room and implemented Citrix Server System.  Implemented EDI for all major trading partners and implemented "labelling system" to facilitate the various compliance formats for major trading partner ticketing compliance and provided windows desktop support.
