I worked with system integrators and design build firms in order to increase specification of Harman Pro Brands into all manner of installed sound and lighting systems and coordinated with reps and dealers to identify short, mid and long term opportunities, capture them and manage them to completion.

Hired on as Territory Manager, I was responsible for over 25 million in Harman Professional sales per year throughout Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii. I directed the activities and monitored goal achievement for three independent sales rep organizations in that region and supervised implementation of dealer agreements and sales policies.

Responsible for over 12 million in annual sales of BSS Audio, dbx Professional Products and Lexicon Pro throughout the Western Region of the United States, I traveled with the sales representatives throughout their territories to meet with key accounts and develop strategies for business growth.

As National Account Manager, I was responsible for over 12 million in annual sales with four key national accounts: Guitar Center, MARS Music, Sam Ash Music and Musicians Friend. I interfaced with the purchasing, promotional, marketing and sales divisions of each of these accounts to achieve increased sales of the Alesis product line overall.

I was responsible for over 20 million in annual sales of Alesis Studio Electronics products throughut the Eastern US. I directed the Alesis sales activities of seven independent rep firms responsible for sales throughout the sales district and supervised implementation of dealer agreements and sales policies, as well as dealer based cooperative marketing programs.

Represented top professional audio manufacturers to a dealer account base made up of pro audio retailers, DJ sound and light retailers, MI stores, sound contractors, system integrators, and production companies. Worked with manufacturers to implement promotions, carry out sales programs and increase sales levels and market penetration for the products represented. Designed dealer agreements and monitored performance levels. Created and facilitated trainings for dealers. Assisted dealers with the sell through of products through the use of end user seminars, sales incentive programs and effective merchandising techniques. Participated with manufactures in focus groups to research design and marketing issues related to product development and sales.

Designed and set up functional recording and sound reinforcement systems in the Recording and Pro Audio Department. Advised store owner on current trends and technical developments relevant to purchasing issues. Worked with manufacturer representatives and store management to put on special seminars and presentations for the public regarding Sound Reinforcement and Recording.Assisted clients in the design of home and project studio recording facilities. Provided technical training and support for professional artists, producers and engineers as well as home recording hobbyists.
