You never know where opportunity will come from. The most important thing is putting yourself in a position that will increase the number of opportunities available to you and being ready to act upon them once they present themselves. I feel very fortunate for the opportunities that have been afforded to me thus far in my career and am so excited to help others find their own paths towards achieving their goals. As a dedicated hiring manager I have the chance to help others in obtaining success and fulfillment, and am truly happy to be there for their first steps on that journey. I’ve moved quite quickly since first stepping into Boeing, from an intern to mechatronics tech, followed by a machine repair mechanic, and then manager for the very crews I once worked in. As much as I enjoyed the world of CNC repair and equipment maintenance support, I am equally, if not more excited to support others in this role and helping people to recognize their dreams and aspirations are obtainable. I’ve worked hard to be in this position and will work equally as hard for others in getting where they want to go.
