My responsibilities are to primarily develop a specification standard but doing project management and quality reviews overall. Construction administration is also a part of my responsibilities for all projects with regards to materials and product submittals. Observations and special reports are also a part of my duties to problem solve construction coordination conflicts. In a nutshell. I'm the guy that creates a seamless connection between design and construction, a peacemaker and mediator to achieve a finished project for which we can all appreciate!
