• Manage group of three individuals, primarily responsible for auditing of trade contract and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with J-SOX and standard company accounting practices• Manage Physical Inventory Inspection program at warehouses throughout North America, ensuring condition of Mitsui-owned goods and completing risk assessments• Review established internal procedures and determine areas which can be streamlined• Work with existing staff members, training on knowledge areas such as contract analysis, Incoterms and Import/Export compliance procedures and IT tools• Monitor individual and team performance, providing effective coaching and feedback• Work with manager to determine team performance benchmarks and monitor results regularly, noting any deficiencies or fluctuations and executing remedial action plans as necessary. Reporting provided to management on a monthly basis• Travel to business groups for review of internal processes and to ensure compliance and to train new users

• Develop procedures to improve Realize team reliability, accuracy, timelines and compliance with SOP and internal controls• Monitor individual and team performance, providing effective coaching and feedback• Work with manager to determine team performance benchmarks and monitor results regularly, noting any deficiencies or fluctuations and executing remedial action plans as necessary• Assist in training of new hires in ECC and SAP systems

• Assist in developing procedures to improve realization team reliability, accuracy, timelines and compliance with SOP and internal controls• Provide communication with business and corporate departments to provide assistance and troubleshoot problem areas• Provide training and guidance to Realization Coordinators in regard to processing requirements, procedures and system function• Work with manager to determine team performance benchmarks and monitor results regularly, noting any deficiencies or fluctuations and executing remedial action plans as necessary• Assist in training of new hires in ECC and SAP systems• Daily reporting, detailing pending items, sent sales invoices and incomplete data requiring resolution
