I also recruited and hired a team of 20 professionals that were responsible for the selection of sites, design concepts, estimates, and project scheduling for the design and build of facilities.

I skillfully quarterbacked the design, construction, and rehabilitation of 700 condominium units in the Tampa Bay area, managing site location, concept development, and securing construction financing. I also led the development and management of executive marketing, sales, and mortgage origination. Managed numerous Projects in South Florida i.e.; Joe Robbie Stadium, Orange Bowl both stadium refits, Dolphin Expressway Bridge Widening. Then I was the Caribbean project manager. Responsibilities included negotiating subcontractors, logistics and material supply both on island and from the states. Communicate daily with clients, A/E firms. Maintain global schedules, order materials and expedite shipments through customs. Additional responsibilities included negotiating with local island officials, customs and taxing officials on material deliveries. I was sent to Roosevelt Roads NAS after Hugo and Miami after Hurricane Andrew to assess damages. I Completed projects on Puerto Rico, Bonaire, St Bart’s, St Kitts, St Marten and Antigua and Florida. Clients included US Army, Navy and numerous US Pharmaceutical Companies and Hotel operators.
