Manage permit to work, systems isolation and issue crafts permit at geothermal powerplant and two diesel power plants.

Supervise operations of oil and gas processing, including processing plants, and wellhead operations. Refinery operations, Dehydration and gas injections system operations, produced water and treatment and reinjection systems, utility systemsLiaise with plant and field maintenance, meet production targets on a daily basis with regards to high safety observations and monitoring.

Daily issuance of construction permits with high safety observations, including set permit conditions as per construction scope of works to construction workforcedaily until end of LNG construction phase to enable smooth commissioning of the project plant and eventual sales of gas in 2011.

Coordinate daily refinery operations, including diesel and Jet A1 product distillation and safe handling of bi-products of residuum and naphtha. Scope also include management of environmental plan to ensure high safety standards are achieved on a daily basis, critically managing toxic chemicals used in refining processes and the associated utility systems.

In charge of managing process technician apprentice training for the company, scope included recruitment, classroom training (theory +practical), initiate and manage training programs, appraisals of apprentice progression and working with NATTB of PNG to graduate as tradesman and woman. Graduated 38 tradesmen, included were 3 women before moving on to next position.

Monitor and manage digital control systems using GUS for remotely controlling the main process plant for kutubu oil production of 120,000 bbls capacity plant. Duties include controlling produced fluids inlet, 3 phase separation, gas dehydration/compression & re-injection, produced water treatment and re-injection, crude oil handling, storage and shipment. Scope also included utility system monitoring and controls. Maintained 98% reliability.

Operate and handling of crude production equipment including wellhead, gathering systems, all aspects of production facilities up to crude storage and export systems. Production facilities includes, 3 phase separation equipment, controls instrumentation and pumping systems and utility systems.

Manage, service and maintenance of all aspects of cargo and bulk ships machinery including main propulsion, auxiliary power generation, bilge and waste handling, ballast management, bulk diesel handling and sales. Crane and winches systems hydraulics, fire water systems
