Data entry specialist with a catering company, your main responsibility would be to accurately input large amounts of data related to the company's catering orders, customer information, invoices, and payments into various software systems. This data could include items such as customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and special dietary requirements.

Assist the GM with all the front of house duties. Whatever was needed I was able to step up, step in and provide with ease. Including but not limited to, running the floor, ordering all needed supplies and stock for the business, helped train all new employees on POS system.

As head bartender I was in charge of ordering new product, planning for upcoming events, banquets & anything else the hotel was hosting.

As the stores wine specialist, I was solely in charge of marketing strategies, ordering forms for new product, & direct relations with wine purveyor's of the area. Creating direct close relationships with the local community.

As Head-wait I am required to track sales from the day, make sure scheduling is accurate for the next day, and make sure all the sales are settled and signed ready to go for the bank's arrival the next day. As a server of course I use my excellent interpersonal and service experience to deliver a full experience start to finish.

Took part in strategic marketing techniques that allowed for the business to thrive in certain ways. Used mass media to launch an appeal and personality to the experience. I also knew all the food prep, helped in creating some of the recipes, and helped count sales from the week.
