I have litigated patent and other intellectual property cases in both trial and appellate courts throughout the country, representing both patent and other intellectual property owners and accused infringers. Litigation successes include a settlement of multiple nine figures on behalf of a plaintiff, and another case which culminated, after years of litigation, in our client receiving an eight figure royalty stream for its patent. I have tried numerous intellectual property cases through verdict and appeal, and have successfully defended numerous public and privately held companies against intellectual property infringement charges. Also assist in transactional matters involving intellectual property.
