Tenneco purchased Federal Mogul in October 2018 and immediately doubled our U.S. and Canada aftermarket revenue to just under $2B. My responsibility was to lead all sales channels, customer service, sales operations, revenue management and forecasting for U.S. and Canada. DRiV's product portfolio included seven (7) primary product brands such as Champion spark plugs, FelPro gaskets, Monroe shocks and struts, MOOG chassis and wheel end, National bearings and seals, Wagner brake and Walker exhaust.

Complete P&L responsibility for Tenneco's North America aftermarket business strategically guiding over 2500 team members resulting in being the most profitable division throughout Tenneco's $17B global business. The NA aftermarket business includes seven (7) manufacturing/distribution operations, two (2) engineering centers along with all corporate headquarter support to proactively service the light vehicle and commercial vehicle space through the traditional, retail and eCommerce channels.

Lead all aftermarket sales channels for U.S., Mexico and Canada driving the profitable revenue growth for the Monroe, Walker, Rancho and Dynomax brands.
