* Primary relationship management officer for multiple life, property & casualty, mortgage insurance, reinsurance companies and insurance service companies* Advise senior management teams and Boards of Directors on strategy, business mix, capital allocation/optimization, risk management and balance sheet composition * Responsible for revenue generation via transaction identification, introductions, client engagement and execution * Transaction types include M&A (acquisitions, company sales, leveraged buyouts and divestitures), capital offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, investment grade debt, high yield debt term loans and structured finance) and risk management* Collaborate with coverage and product partners including members of Financial Institutions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Equities, Fixed Income, Credit Suisse Asset Management* Manage multiple teams comprised of Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates and Analysts
