Most of my work currently is supporting many of our technical improvement projects with data analysis and risk management. These include determining stimulation interference radii, casing design, fault risk assessment and integration, salt water disposal well design, toe up/down orientation effects, and many others. I also support our project management office with analysis, and management advice. I developed a statistical control program for our field development plan that has yielded several significant changes to the development program.Finally, I do some independent improvement work. The most prominent of these was looking at stimulation operation efficiencies, which led to significant reductions in the time spent between stages.Much of my recent work amounts to forecasting process cycle efficiencies on our well construction process. I am currently working to automate that into R scripts to speed up and make scenario analysis quicker and more accessible.

I run the Lean Six Sigma program for the FAA Logistics Center. What that really means is that I teach, mentor and coach students, run improvement events, and consult with senior management on improvement strategy and execution. I also act as an analyst and researcher on a wide range of financial, quality and logistics topics, fullfilling what is fundamentally an Operations Research role.

I was the lead technical consultant for the Lean Six Sigma program. I desinged the program, the educational approach and curricula, and worked directly with a variety of clients, primarily in the Aerospace sector, both public and private.In this role I worked to sell our consulting services, advised clients and conducted a wide array of imprvement events, classes, and strategic initiaives.

As the Quality Manager, I reformed the quality culture, by changing the roles and responsibilities of the quality department, and implementing a new custom quality management system. The end result was that the complaints per unit shipped dropped to less than 25% of the original complaint levels. Adidtionally, I taught Six Sigma classes for the corporation (in conjunction with other Six Sigma professionals) and ran what was fundamentally our site lean program.
