As TDR Program Administrator responsibilities included identifying relevant program stakeholders, conducting interested party listening sessions, and developing a comprehensive regional transfer of development rights program that satisfies multiple interests. Legal duties included preparation and review of all agency contracts, monitoring litigation matters and coordinating responsive pleadings with Attorney’s General Office, participating in multi-party settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes, and providing general legal support for Highlands Council activities.
