Responsible for all aspects of the company's operations management pertinent to $100+Million in construction contracts with the Federal Government.

Responsible for the duties of "Acting" Resident Engineer under the direction of Area Engineer providing direct supervision and team leadership to quality assurance inspection representatives and project engineers within the Medical Education training Campus Area Office at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Managed field level quality assurance to include technical inspections and reporting functions as well as office administration and project management functions to include but not limited to contract modifications, negotiations, answering requests for information, submittal process, requests for proposals, schedule review, design management and review.
