Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentRecruited to build out and oversee the HRBP model for one of 12 regional Reserve Banks that, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the United States' central bank.• Provide consultation and customized solutions to support the supervision, credit, and learning functions for a total of 400 employees located at the regional bank in St. Louis and its branches in Louisville, Memphis, and Little Rock.• Serve as a strategic partner and influencer to leaders, managers, and employees integrating HR strategy and providing guidance that adds value to the business; used RACI model to identify tasks and responsibilities.• Effectively created and continuously deliver HR programs related to talent management strategies and supporting Bank leaders in their managerial responsibilities to successfully manage.• Work closely with Bank management to understand business strategies and initiatives, proactively analyze and identify human capital issues and trends, and partner with HR to recommend and implement integrated human capital strategies to enhance attraction and retention provide indirect leadership of peers.• Developed a job progression for Examiners, Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Analysts; effectively execute talent management programs that support workforce engagement, development and retention strategies.• Oversee talent acquisition, compensation (addressing salary compression and low comp-ratios), benefits, learning and development, HR technology and analytics and ensure HR policies and procedures are well understood.• Lead the full cycle talent review and performance management programs to support ongoing talent development and succession planning including hiring, coaching, development, goal setting, performance review, and compensation awards.• Designed process flow for Talent Acquisition and Employee investigations.
