Represent GARMCO as client side during the Managerial meetings and resolve issues that arises in a competent and precise manner. * Fully in-charge of Civil maintenance works plant wide, such as, refurbishment, modification and repair works of GARMCO Offices/Utilities and services.

Projects: Multi Storey Building, Commercial, Residential and Industrial Facilities - Awal Gulf Hidd Factory - Batelco Landing Station - Diplomat Commercial Office Tower - TLL #3 Project - Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill Company (GARMCO) - Refurbishment Works - Bahrain National Stadium • Plan, monitor and supervise works of construction supervision Engineers • Review, monitor and report on progress of works • Review/comment and approve contractor’s design, material submittals, drawings, method statements and other project relevant documentation • Attend factory and site testing and inspection of equipment and materials • Convene and chair technical and progress meetings with all concerned parties • Prepare technical and progress reports related to the project • Provide advice to the client on contractual and construction matters • Provide professional support to the management team within the division, helping to ensure high quality service delivery and a co-ordinated response to clients • Liaise with all parties for site safety

Projects: Civil / Infrastructures - BIW Infrastructure Works and Labor Accommodation Complex Project • Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice. • Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments. • Maintaining records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensuring they are readily available for inspection as and when required. Preparing surveillance reports for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events. Checking and ensuring effective co-ordination between disciplines related works and all other disciplines. • Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.

Projects: Minings & Metals, Manufacturing & Oil and Gas- GIIC Pelletizing 2 Project - Kingdom of Bahrain• Understand contractual and engineering design requirements • Conduct Inspections relevant to their Discipline.• Monitor relevant job operations to ensure that activities are performed in accordance with the applicable plans, procedures and practices.• Monitor associated discipline work; review/approve quality reports and records.• Review/provide input to Subcontractor Quality Plans and Procedures.• Monitor Subcontractor work, Review/Approve Subcontractor Quality Reports and Records.• Assist in administrating Quality Control Program.• Issue nonconformance reports when there is a deficiency and ensure their timely close out.• Maintain and/or assure Quality Records of specific work in the assigned discipline(s).• Ensure adherence to Code Requirements and ensure that all associated Documentation and Quality Records are maintained.• Coordinate Quality activities with Discipline Engineers/Supervisors.• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules.• Performs other duties as required.

Projects: Smelter, Commercial and Oil & Gas- Air Liquide Nitrogen Pipeline inside Sohar Refinery Company - Waste management and disposal for Sohar Aluminum Company (Bechtel) • Assigned as Site engineer to the nitrogen pipeline at Sohar port project under air liquide industrial gases. Performs personnel evaluations. • Leads construction engineers in a broad range of construction engineering work within specific engineering discipline for a particular area of the project. • Provides engineering assistance to superintendents, directs assigned personnel in meeting cost and time schedules, verifies materials, equipment’s and quality to assures results meet design requirements, selected as site manager of waste disposal services for construction at sohar aluminum and smelter project located at sohar industrial estate, al batinah region under Bechtel and company LLC.

Projects: Commercial, Residential, Industrial Facilities, Oil & Gas•. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.• Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.• Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions.• Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.• Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
