​1.As Member of the Project Team, Leads Sourcing Process from China and global supplier bases till completion of Project closure.​​2.Participates in Project Meeting and Activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee etc.) and Supports project awards in China manufacturing sites.​​3.Supports Project Manager in Preparation of Sourcing Plan to define mutual PTM commitments and conditions to proceed with RFQ, Suppliers.​4.Identifies Critical Parts as per CLEAN definitions and review contingency plans with related PTM (anticipated design Reviews, possible specification changes...). Request PM arbitration when required.​​5.Involves Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Group Segment Strategy​​6. Assess pre-selected suppliers risk impacts on the project related to Development or Production capacity, Technical or Quality capability, financial sustainability. ​​7.Install competition between suppliers bringing at least two suppliers at the same technical level and proceeds with all negotiations to ensure successful RFQ and/or auction process.​​8.Ensures timely sign off with the segments of all supplier contracts related the project (from development contracts to mass production)​9. Pilot and forecast the project purchasing index and lead the productivity action plan to reach Company Budget Targets.​​10.Defines and implements technical/re-sourcing/logistics/VPS materials productivities and reservoir in line with budget requirements, in collaboration with the segment organization​​11.Supports the commodity organization (Segment Leaders) to reach the site negotiation objectives ​​12.Follow up productivity actions and brings suppliers in line with budget timing​​13.Monitors Supplier Relationship wherever assigned the Role of Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for a given supplier, when not covered by Group Commodity organization
