I started in the Commercial Food Equipment and Supplies industry when I was 16 years old at the former Holyoke Equipment Company. I delivered smallwares and equipment for over 10 years before entering sales. There must have been something that owner Hal Slotnick saw in me that I didnt even know I had in myself. I had the good fortune of learning the art of sales from some of the best salespeople this industry has ever seen in William Curtis, Bob Thomas, Jim Theodore, and David Castino on how to create relationships that could grow a career full of sales. My sales career started with inside sales and progressed to a full project design / sales position. Following the passing of our owner, Neal Webber, I was appointed Sales Manager at Kittredge Equipment in 2009. In 2010 I was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations. In 2013 we purchased Northeast Food Equipment in Bow, NH. I currently oversee the daily operations of our locations in Agawam, Ma., Burlington, Vt. , Concord, NH, Albany, NY, and most recently Buffalo, NY working under the direction of our CEO/Owner Fred Singer. We are continuing to develop the most well rounded sales department from inside sales to route sales to project / design sales in Greater New England as well as out to New York State (current total field people - 35 that cover our entire base of operation). In March 2022 nationally recognized Singer Equipment purchased Kittredge. The acquisition created the newly formed division of Singer to be known as Singer / Kittredge.
