It is imperative to keep Continuous Improvement simple, fast, effective, and lasting! My methodology starts at simple - comprehend your current state, compare to a desired future state, assign a value on the gap, implement counter measures quickly, and assess the result. As a seasoned coach and manager, I believe in asking questions, listening to what team members believe is wrong, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and following through on the immediate actions. I have found the greatest success is discovered through the process of “Plan-Do-Check-Adjust”. My strengths are leading associates through involvement, teaching them what a particular method can achieve, and motivating them to become an integral part of the continuous improvement foundation. I excel at maximizing the return on investment of employee’s time and the company’s money in the timeliest way possible. I am a skilled lean practitioner with 25+ years of experience and am looking for a new and challenging opportunity to help a business become stronger, year over year. My dream job would be a leadership role in production, safely delivering the highest quality products, when the customer expects them and meeting financial expectations for my employer. Based on my prior experience, I am comfortable in many roles; an industrial engineering manager, both setting up production or improving existing process; lean manufacturing director/coach, extracting the best from our resources and making the team stronger.
