• Delivering face to face and virtual seminars / facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to support the professional development and employability skills of students.• Providing a structured and appropriate professional skills development journey for students enabling them to maximise their full potential.• Engaging and motivating students, providing excellent customer service, whilst effectively managing the classroom.• Providing mentoring, support, and guidance to students to ensure they are progressing and benefiting from a range of Professional Skills Development and Employability opportunities.• Working alongside the Placements & Talent Pool teams to provide proactive and reactive support to students requiring additional skills development and support towards placement/employment opportunities.• Act as a referral point as appropriate to specialist services such as Learning Support, Safeguarding and International Student Advice etc.• Maintain accurate student records to enable data analysis, tracking of student progress and reporting.

• Preparing and deliver the Aspire coaching programmes in schools across the UK• Ensuring students feel safe, valued and capable whilst participating in Innerscope's coaching sessions• Facilitating the reporting of the programme's outcomes by distributing our end of delivery evaluation forms to all participating students and sending the data back to the office.• Promoting Innerscope’s strong ethos regarding the importance of education with the students we work with.
