Here’s a description for you as a creative director and co-founder of Wazup Running Club:As the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Wazup Running Club, I shape the brand direction and lead product development, focusing on creating mid to high-end running gear designed specifically for the Southeast Asia climate. My passion for running and design drives me to develop innovative, functional, and stylish products that meet the unique needs of runners in this region. Through Wazup, I aim to enhance the running experience with gear that combines cutting-edge technology with local insights, ensuring every runner can perform at their best in any condition.

As part of the hardware development team that was fewer than twenty people, Jeff was one of four Mechanical Engineers and was responsible for providing structural designs to most electrical modules on the next-generation vehicle (including a patent-pending bike lock). In parallel, he supported and worked with overseas contract manufacturers in China to bring these products from the prototype phase to production builds.

Worked in an engineering team of four to develop the next generation high price point measuring tapes. Meanwhile, Jeff had led multiple manufacturing implementation and cost reduction projects in order to increase Stanley's manufacturing capacities and global manufacturing footprint in order to meet the increasing demand from expanded markets.

As part of the Measuring and Layout Tool products team, Jeff has supported the engineering and manufacturing development of Stanley Black and Decker's flagship products. During the development process, as an Associate Product Engineer, he spent the majority of his time evaluating, coordinating, and implementing design changes and enhancement to the manufacturing process and worked closely with a cross-functional team across the globe to ensure products coming off the production line are consistent and with good quality.

As a laboratory/machine shop assistant, I had mentored and supervised students with 3D modeling and various machines operation in order to fabricate their designs and ideas. Also ensured safety procedures were followed within the facility.
