I worked as a geologist in the Underground Injection Control (UIC) program for over 28 years at the U.S. EPA. I was involved in every aspect of the program including: permitting, enforcement, state oversight, contracting, compliance assistance, database development, inspections, guidance development and formal rule making. I was a member of rule making efforts under the Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Air Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
