Jeff has more than 30 years of commercial litigation experience. He also acts as regional defense and coverage counsel for numerous corporations. Jeff has broad-based experience, successfully litigating actions nationwide, with a focus on the Southeast. Jeff’s significant, varied experience includes labor and employment, representing clients across the medical and allied health care fields, defending trucking and transportation claims, insurance and bad faith litigation, toxic tort and product liability matters, as well as the full array of real estate and premises litigation. He has successfully handled business and commercial disputes of all kinds.Jeff also has substantial professional malpractice defense experience, including claims against physicians, nurses, and other medical providers; hospitals and other treatment centers, and attorneys, accountants, architects, and surveyors.
