Manage net revenue and margin achievement, product range distribution and expansion.

Oversee the growth and management of retail partner business through maintaining current and opening new accounts nationwide. Forecast and manage leadership expectations for the retail sales department. Creating and implementing department best practices and policies, while maintaining a steady workflow through program implementation.

Responsible for building/managing relationships with accounts and Outside Sales Reps to drive sales and provide an enhanced service. Develop multiple territories nationwide and boost sales through management of the Sales Reps and their open orders book.

Representative of the brand to retail partners through planning and executing elevated experiences to educate and activate new product in store, while developing and maintaining a day-to-day relationship with store staff. Support nationwide brand initiatives remotely, while concurrently activating territory specific initiatives to drive sales. Produce annual sales forecasts and weekly reporting.

Manage key accounts and the external sales team, while providing inside support for the department. Primary functions being business development, sales forecasting, rep management and account success. During trade show season produce the activations leading up to each trade show, followed by running the floor sales at the trade show booth.
