- Responsible for assisting the Vice President of Real Estate Development (VPRED) in overseeing the long-term strategy of the portfolio by analyzing and reviewing financial information and making recommendations to VPRED on a long-term strategy for each property.- Assist with a wide range of operating and financial projections for the development of both short-term and long-term business plans including supporting the Portfolio Oversight Committee (POC).- Assist in the financial review, analysis, and project management of non-tax credit acquisitions.- Assist in the financial review, analysis, and project management of property rehabilitations.- Assist in the financial review, analysis, and project management of debt financings which is inclusive of debt related to acquisitions and rehabs.- Support VPRED with ensuring all initial projections are completed according to specified guidelines.

Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the golf course equipment, including golf carts, gas carts, etc.

Assisted with payment processing and client interaction.

Assisted the Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Saint Francis with keeping track of player information and stats. Along with tracking the progress of possible recruits.
