Accountable for strategy development and overall execution of supply chain requirements (including Quality, Cost and Schedule) across the Raytheon Naval Sustainment Business (~$500M business, >$150M in annual supply chain revenue, supported by team of 10 FTEs). Reporting line to Naval Sustainment Strategic Business Unit Sr. Director. Focus areas include: Leveraging Strategic Sourcing initiatives for cost reduction to Domestic/International Customer base, Developing collaborative agreements within the supply base to drive business growth and Talent management within team and broader supply chain organization.

Accountability for the execution of all subcontracted work with the L3Harris Space & Airborne Systems and Integrated Mission System businesses (9 domestic and international locations), supporting 20 different Raytheon Missiles and Defense Programs. Contracts span all DoD phases of contracting, including development, production and sustainment. Suite of technologies include antenna, electro-mechanical assemblies and telemetry (ie, transmitter, encoder and decoder) based products.

Accountable for supply chain enterprise strategy development and deployment for Raytheon’s circuit card assembly Center of Excellence and execution of all global procurement activity across the Raytheon IDS Business unit (~$6B business). Reporting solid line into Raytheon IDS Vice President of Global Supply Chain and dotted line into IDS Operations Vice President, accountable for 150 FTEs, including represented headcount). Focused duties include delivering quality, cost and schedule predictability to the execution of Raytheon enterprise businesses including IDS, RMS and SAS, enabling business growth within Raytheon’s Domestic/International portfolios.

Accountable for strategy development and overall execution of supply chain requirements (including Quality, Cost and Schedule) across the Raytheon IDS MSS Business (~$1B business, >$150M in annual revenue, supported by team of 35 FTEs). Reporting line to Raytheon IDS Vice President of Supply Chain and MSS Business Vice President. Focus areas include: Leveraging Strategic Sourcing initiatives for cost reduction to Domestic/International Customer base, Developing collaborative agreements within the supply base to drive business growth and Talent management within team and broader supply chain organization.

Overall execution of supply chain requirements (including Quality, Cost and Schedule) in support of program performance for AN/TPY-2 (domestic and foreign) production programs and Contracted Logistics Support (CLS) for fielded systems, with accountability for >$500M in budget and >$100M in annual revenue.

Accountable for all supply chain management activities (material and subcontracts) across each of the five prime items that constitute the JLENS system. Detailed tasks include the development and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) with subcontractors (12 total); management of the Engineering design release process and execution of material placement plans in support of program execution. Executed of ~$100M in supply chain sales (material and subcontracts) annually.

Accountable for cost, schedule and quality performance for all programs supported. For duration in role ran favorable to budget at an aggregated ~5% and ahead of program schedule by approximately 1 month on average. Led all supply chain activities in support of FAP business captures and pursuits, both domestic and international, resulting in 6 contract wins on 7 major pursuits.

Served as the project manager for the set-up of a third-party logistics (3PL) operation for the management of bulk material operations. Project netted $1.2M in immediate savings and over $2M in annual savings for the life of the agreement. This approach marked the first 3PL deployment of its kind within Raytheon Company.

A two-year rotational program designed for new MBAs, with a concentration in supply chain management to gain a breadth of experience, positioning them for increasingly challenging leadership opportunities within Raytheon.
