My journey began as a part time mulch loader, when I learned our culture and values I decided to make this company my career. I spent several years as a supervisor before being promoted to a Merchandising Manager. I trained in a high performing store under my future DM, and then spent time in a high volume intercity store. My next location was a community driven store which helped me to appreciate the needs of my associates and the local community. I then helped in a store going through a management transition which was a wonderful opportunity and am now settled in my original hometown with some of the most amazing associates and specialists in the business! I follow our founders mantra of 'When times are tough, we step up and take care of each other because it’s the right thing to do. And when we take care of our people, the rest truly takes care of itself.'

Worked as a specialist in Fairfield and was then promoted to Assistant Manager and Acting Store Manager at our flagship Norwalk store.

Worked as a specialist in Orange and was moved to Westport to help increase profitability.
