The Business UAT team is part of the Residential Lending Change Management, Operations Support team and functions to develop user acceptance test strategy, test scripts and traceability matrix of results and approvals. The team partners with IT and the business unit SMEs to conduct user acceptance testing. Scorecards are produced by the team to report status, results and other performance measures. The UAT process ensures the validity of development output and coding by confirming that the application, document or interface behaves as defined in the requirements. Additionally, UAT validates that new code does not adversely affect existing functionality through regression testing.

Supports the Lending business channels by maintaining accurate, compliant templates, forms, disclosures and closing documents. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring accurate fees are maintained in the Residential Lending applications. Responsible for maintaining vendor relationship that facilitates compliant disclosure and document production. Providing system support to business users in the Retail, Consumer Direct, Wholesale and Correspondent channels.

Using Underwriter findings, obtain all necessary loan documentation, analyze and verify satisfaction of underwriting guidelines. Remain in constant contact with customer and loan officer to provide status and follow up support.

Responsible for reviewing the loan application package for completeness and accuracy, verifies and validating supporting income, asset and liability documentation to support automated underwriting decision. Duties include calculating income, funds to close; reviewing and verifying credit report and other income and liabilities. Also sign off on loan conditions, analyze title report, purchase contract and escrow instructions, identify potentially fraudulent information, perform verbal verification of employment. Obtained HLCA level 2 lending authority.
